Michael, you were looking for an uncopyrighted translation of Martin Luther's Disputation of the Power and Efficacy of Indulgences (otherwise known as The 95 Theses). Here's one from 1915 that you may find accptable: http://www.iclnet.org/pub/resources/text/wittenberg/luther/ninetyfive.txt
